SOCU float = 1,081,112,893 at minimum. It could be higher.

O/S less restricted = float (by definition)

Not sure why someone is trying to pawn off a float of 81 Million shares (taken from otcmarkets.com site) as that just isn't correct.

big difference between 81 million and the true 1.081 billion share float
