I agree, could not help the last post......CBIS continues to drag out PRs that should have been completed months ago....why? I think there are underlying issues, especially when it comes to cash flow. Which is why I think the treatment facility has fallen through......I think the deal hinged on CBIS coming up with cash and shares instead of all shares and the owner tolkd them to take a hike. If so, smart move IMO.
