I agree with what you say.....however in our position; which happens to be stock holders of a worthless, 'shell' company we do not have the power or the say to put anyone to justice.

SEC is doing what its doing and whatever happens to Blum or Nether is not getting our money back.

Fact of the matter is that this stock is junk, we have a mill which doesn't work, no one know if this stock will EVER trade again.
What we do know is there may be a miracle and we 'may' get 1/2% of what we sunk into this thing.
