There are no logical facts. The company has beat this stock down to it's present state of .0002 with their dilution, lack of follow through and complete lack of leadership. The filings, if read with an open mind, show all that is REALLY going on and never talked about. The chart shows this is a typical trading (when it does it's just more dilution) pos pink that does a pretty poor job with their p&d.

The facts are very clear... the company has not stayed within what little budget they had, decided to feed their ego by trying to go "world wide" and now they can't even do what is necessary to get people in their own community to use the product. The product rocks but clearly the company leaves a great deal to be desired.

The arrogance and ego is what prevents the company from letting another company who can actually give WC the kind of marketing, sales team and awareness it deserves. IMO
