Daily Chart Analysis - When you have high volatility and consistently increased volume under Oversold conditions and the MACD is showing Bullish Tension, then in my opinion, it is definitely time to buy! http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=WEST&p=D&yr=0&mn=7&dy=0&id=p08020426942&a=240661626&listNum=1 We have a very good shot at a market bottom here. The solar panel sales season is underway and I anticipate some interesting second and third quarter figures and it looks like a lot of other swing traders and investors feel the same way based upon what I see on the daily chart. Just an FYI!
