Ok I have a couple questions in regard to KMAG:
1. How can JR buyback shares when he doesn't have any cash?
2. Why would he be buying back shares instead of using the pennies he got from selling shares to buyback shares at a higher price? If you believe in your business shouldn't he be using the cash on hand, or the de minimus amount he has, for growth/PPE?
3. Why did he make a big deal out of 250mm less authorized shares when he just diluted the entire company 5x (550mm shares) the prior quarter?
4. How can he produce a product without any PPE?
5. Why did he give so many free shares away to the promo guys?
6. Why wont his customers confirm that they are buying his RFID product?
7. This story hasn't changed for years. http://www.globenewswire.com/newsroom/news.html?d=178197 He's always been pitching this but has never executed. All he's done is fail and dilute shareholders massively. If you invested with JR anytime before the promo run up, you're down 99%, so why now?
