It's hardly a "generic" criticism at all.

This is a CAVEAT EMPTOR penny stock, being sued for fraud by the SEC, with a too-good-to-be-true story, whose ex-CEO has a documented string of lies on public record that were used to defraud investors.

That's only "generic" with respect to pink sheet PUMP-AND-DUMP scams.
