Agreed. Legitimacy was a huge question in many people's minds not that long ago but the scrutiny given to a company that has undergone an official name and ticker symbol change is significant. Whether or not they are running a scam is therefore not the issue any of us need worry about anymore; the questions have more to do now, I believe, with the quality of their management, efficiency and timetable of their operations, and transparency in their reporting. They are by no means to be commended for having done anything fantastic just yet but at least they are legitimate as you pointed out... a huge improvement in public perception over what existed not that long ago, as I say.
