It sounds as if Alpine Securities is the best option at this time - do you have a contact that you would recommend? What city/office?

The projections for increased air travel between the U.S. and Russia remain strong - especially from both the region surrounding St. Petersburg and the Baltic states.

Investing in Baltia, a company that has passed the rigorous due diligence of the U.S. Dept. of Transportation, is much more comfortable than investing in most start-up companies, as they are in much less regulated and more highly competitive markets than Baltia is entering, IMHO.
