I'm also assuming that the patents are different, otherwise they wouldn't have filed for a patent, so that tells me that they must have, or should have done a patent search with their lawyer and saw that Mesa had a similar patent, albeit different, and that Mesa was producing EMM and EMD?
Is that unreasonable, to assume, or believe that they must have known, or should have known. I guess I 'could have' phrased it differently. My bad. lol
