Tony Baloney and his useless brother Rick left this company in shambles, nothing but an empty bag. Good chance Tony Fraud Baloney talked Thomas into taking the position with a similar sales pitch he gave investors, like the .02-.05 after uplist.

He felt compelled to leave someone in charge although it wouldn't make much difference. Some may felt comfy at the time
