I saw the financial report on SEVERAL WWW SITES, on the date I stated. If the attribution isn't dated it has been well hidden until now and supports my statement. Ff you have any proof to the contrary please post it. If I get a Web Page (I do not subscribe to Hoovers) I will check the HTML and see of it is dated and that should help you.

I was in ARUBA at the time and didn't note all, but I had a crazy search engine that checked PIPL Hoovers (http://www.hoovers.com/company/Multi-Media_Tutorial_Services_Inc/cykysi-1.html) if I recall, and attributed to BARRY REICHMAN. The statement also noted the statement was issued after the close of the market
