We're going to see a forced delisting from the OTCBB to OTC Markets' OTCQX tier tomorrow due to a technical delinquency in the last 10-Q. Delisting is automatic because this is their third delinquent filing in the past two years. Unless they can get the SEC to agree to waive the delinquency because it was not material (which I don't think is actually possible), they will have to wait a year and keep current with all filings during that period before trying to get back on the OTCBB. No reason to panic, though, because nothing has changed from a business standpoint.
