Step One: Raise the Authorized Shares of SSOL to 5 Billion.

Step Two: Continue diluting SSOL to survive.

Step Three: Reverse Split SSOL once the PPS is Mired at $0.0001

The plan is in place ... Reverse Split by the end of summer most likely.
