: What will happen when Facebook insiders are able to sell their shares without the "lock-up"? Why don't other investors have such restrictions?

So much downside still remaining it is hard to call a bottom here. Lawsuits, expiring lockup, plain old dilution, going to get a whole lot uglier before any reasonable basis can be formed to design an entry. Not many will be up to the task.
