Looks to me like someone needs to get a new broker.

I know most look for the "cheapest" broker, and that's fine, but for those who just simply want a no hassle broker, I use Fidelity.

My NXOI shares were available for trading at 9:30am the next morning after the split. Cost basis took an extra 1 day to get sorted out.

I wouldn't ever set out to hurt anyone deliberately unless it was, you know, important - like a league game or something.
