$HIIT - As an update to the Company’s May 23, 2011 shareholder letter, the Company has been working diligently on preparing the legal and accounting work necessary to register our common stock via filing of a Form 10 registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”). We currently anticipate filing the Form 10 within the next few weeks. A Form 10 registration statement automatically becomes effective sixty (60) days following filing (unless the SEC selects the Form 10 for review and comment).
