SeccoTech, I was getting ready to contact Mario and get something concrete from him. Good thing you posted as Mario does not need to answer repeat questions.

I believe Mario has a very good business plan with business experience under his belt. That alone is the best asset any company can have!

What is going on with the $10 million funding? We need this to be set in stone via a PR and updating the OTC listing for ISML.

You did not mention this in your post so unless I read something from you about the funding this afternoon I am going to ask Mario about it.

I just heard back from Mario and basically, we're looking very
strong for June and into July, IMO. The PINK sheets current is
completed and just awaiting the attorney letter. The DTC paperwork
has been filed and should be completed in 90 days (from what day
I am not sure).

I suspect once this information starts hitting the outlets, it
will be hard to get shares of ISML. This float is nearly locked
up and what is evident is NITE is not playing well with others
right now.

ISML is going to surprise in the coming months IMO.
