I already asked him that and here is the answer,

he said, the way the otc pinks sheets work,

when he wanted to sell more shares,

he had to sell them at a big discount,

to the 'otc pinks sheets buyers/brokers?' who then held them until

the press releases to dump them.



Pinks are just hard to start on with minimum regulations.

I still don't own any shares, but GLTA
