The information in the footnotes seems to not be regarding the common shares above. It may actually be saying that the owners have this many shares, but they are not common shares. That seems to be the case. If you compute it out, it does not add up to the amount listed above. They are separate types of shares being talked about.

It clearly states in the introduction for the informatin being presented that the following shares are common shares.

the footnotes are referring to shares other than the common shares listed above. zzzzz

Don't take anybody's word for what you are responsible to know and never "invest" more than you can afford to lose.
