Interesting that he charges a premium for email delivery. Most publishers encourage elimination of the paper copy. Some even give a discount. My bank and stock accounts charge extra to mail statements. I agree that it gets the information to me sooner and, therefor, it's more valuable, but this is the first time I've seen someone charge extra for reducing his distribution costs.
