Two things happened in November of 09.
#1. Kat was naked shorted
#2. At the same time in November of 2009 Vale surrounded a Kat property with 300 square miles of lease land
I personally sold all the property I owned at that moment and bought KATX
To me
Unless Vale was in on a P+D
their was no P+D
It was simply a case of a naked shorting MM being caught off guard by the Giant Vale Inco
Never in Vales past did they sign a contract with a pink sheet Company
From that time forward MM's needed to 'COVER' and longs were not willing to give up shares
