I posted the same thought some time ago. JR gets DTC reports that in an email to me he made it sound like those reports detailed who sold shares. He only said that "to his knowledge most" of those converted shares were sold."Most" could mean anything over 50%.
Therefore, this theory has merit and in my opinion that adversarial company may have had many of those shares and began a sell off.
