from Nov. Of 09 to the summer of 2010 Kat ran 44.000%

This happened at a time Vale surounded the Lucky and then Optiined the Lucky (Katx shareholders were simply unwilling to let go.

Prior to Nov 09 Kat was on the Buyins.net site as a big time naked short

NITE even tried to hault the purchase of Kat in Dec. 09 in Europe while allowing buying in the US

I have many good reasons to believe the way I do

all based in fact.
