Bc they bot ~ @ or under 0.001!!..Simple as that!!

And "Investor Sentiment"...& "Buying Enthusiasm" is hard to see in the chart, with a heavy distributor in the Mix!

So during the period of that "distribution".., the chart can reflect another Story, One that may look less favorable!!...when actually it is Not!!
