You've got to take your personal situation out of the thought process on the PPS.

I bought all of my shares at .0001. I'm already doubled up. If you, as a negative investor, tell me this will only go to .001. That is a ten bagger for me and a 5 bagger for anyone buying at .0002.

So, this may not be great for you (unless you averaged down), but you are saying this could be great for a new investor to get in!
