Yes, so that last bit is what confused me too. This is what the capex looks like if you break it down:

Bank financing 8.6
Loans from suppliers 8.9
Loans from subsidiaries 4.45
Advances from JV partnerts 5
66.15M will be financed by internal revenue
The last 10M will be coming from equity financing.

All together this is exactly 103.1M which is the number that was announced at the Stockholm presentation. I don't think the capex numbers changed from 93M to 103M. It may have been unclear how much equity financing they needed which is why it wasn't announced until now.

If they got 2USD earlier this year for the first issued shares, that would be excellent news indeed. Question is if they did.
