I sent an e-mail to Jas (as per Gmoneypenny)
Enclosed are the questions asked and the answers
Some are vague and especially liked the part where TLAG would have to supply the answer. Take this for what's it's worth

I had a few questions regarding the soon to be released watched for Sketchers and the relationship with Glamm and Total Apparel
1. What role will Total Apparel have in the release of the watches?
2. How long is this relationship for?
3. Is there a specific breakup in profit between Glamm, Kore Fit Living, and Total Apparel
Finally:
How did Kore Fit living come into this relationship since the watches were promised to be released last fall.
Thanks and best of luck

Dear Mr. XXXXXX:
Thanks for your e-mail. In response to your questions:
1) Total Apparel Group's wholly owned subsidiary (Total Licensing Inc.) has partnered with Glamm Industries, LLC to develop the Skechers Time Instruments.
2) This relationship is not time bound, we have the exclusive rights to Showcase, Market & Retail these Time Instruments as the Official Online Store.
3) That information shall be made available by TLAG (and/or our group) to its investors once the line is ready to launch.
4) Introducing a new product into the market is a challenging task, especially in today's market. It requires developing a complete strategy revolving around minimizing overheads and maximizing visibility and profitability. This partnership allows us to combine our strengths and create a positive synergy.
Please don't hesitate to contact me in case you have any further questions.
