IMO... The r/s's and dumping it what is done to get to the point where we are now... Not after... Its a method employed by pinks and OTC stocks to raise cash in leu of sales. We're on the edge of income to start comming in... Sales which tag will make a percentage of...at this point he wants the stock price to rise not fall.... He' ll have his $$$$ comming to fund his whatever and the value of his company will be going up...

This is capitalism as a win/ win and were almost there..
