I have not been in touch with CEO Michael J. Rhodes yet. And am not sure on the share structure either. Other than what was stated in the amendment, 400M commons up from 250M commons, newly minted 100M preferred shares. My personal belief is that the outstanding is still the 75M with a float of single digit millions, maybe 5 or 6 million. That's just my guesstimate though. It's only been 3 weeks since the change in control, but I do expect to see some filings in due time. Like I mentioned in a previous post the 10Q's are not that delinquent, just a few quarters.
