management has been fairly good up to this point. right now, i believe there should have been news by now. i've been in this now for over a year and am getting quite impatient. oh, and of course they're late on their q1 financials. they said they would be current at april 30th, still no such thing has happened. given, they did file everything they needed except the q1 report by april 30th, the fact they had another 15 days to file that report and achieve current status is mind boggling.

oh well, my confidence in this company is still very high considering this is a pink sheet company. i don't want to give anyone the wrong idea, just expressing some frustrations. post-merger prices could reach as high as a nickel, imo. of course, that's why i'm still here.
