i'm sorry you're so deeply underwater. i don't know anything about a 3billiion OS, but i do believe something is going on where somebody wants a lot of people to sell their shares cheap and they don't want anyone new buying. that seems pretty evident. i don't mind sharing my thoughts and opinions with you since i'm assuming you're new here although, of course, you're NOT new to AFPW, as you stated. you started posting, apparently on the 12th of this month and this is the only board you post messages to. good luck with your investing. i think if you stick around you'll do just fine here;u) AFPW is about to take off
