Hello All Longs
I can tell you this as I have been in 32 states this month alone.
One thing I have seen as I visit all corners of this country right now, is more food product choices and many new ones now.
Also being I am from a great food back ground, I always take the time too look at new merchandising of any retail products.
I personally visited two retailers today that have just started this category in the national stores and I see much growth potential ahead for all quality food products, to see funding this year.

The ones with the funding the last two years have been very busy buying the fully running and growing companies.
Now with all I research I have seen a shift of funding to new growth and new products.
Also anyone who reads what Dollar writes about and what he is following would see this same trend.
I see new product growth as very strong now the next two to three years and many new funding opportunities for companies who have weathered the funding storm.
Being I also own my own business I know exactly how tough the market has been for any old or new business.
The fact that Smoky is still here and rolling is a testament to the vision and dedication Eddie has to his dream and even more important his shareholders.

While many companies in the two lower markets have just stopped filing Eddie has moved us off the pinks.
While at the same time companies were just giving up Eddie is still here regularly working toward all of our dreams.
I personally have almost given up several times myself in business the last two years.
One thing has kept the strong going and that is not believing in ever giving up.

I feel this is the year and even after a lunch today of Smoked Salmon I am even more strong that quality will always win out with any quality products.
Add in the fact He has a proprietary cooking process and the best porducts most here have ever tasted, This company will be a success.

I am personally adding more shares the next couple of weeks.
Being I am in the business that sees the economy changes first, I do realize how much money is flowing by my left window.

As I sit here in Albert Lea Mn I see over 100 food trucks all ready to serve your next meal.
Two and three years ago this parking lot was empty every weekend and only the crazy like me were out working there business.
Trucking traffic is up two fold now in miles and also tonnage and most of that is food and retail products,

Huge opportunity ahead and I am confident that the Smoky team will bring this great quality food too market.

Chart is clearly showing others are seeing the same in the food sector as we go into BBQ season as well.
