They are recording that combined mailers so far is about $10,000,000.

I don't think adding up the numbers makes any sense. The outfit making the declaration is CFM in all cases. I imagine their "total budget" is their total budget. Maybe it was raised since the first mailer went out.

But in any case it seems high. Hard to say how much actual money is involved.
