DTCC doesn't change daily if you trade a company that is fully registered and reporting with the SEC. And, that's the thing, the skew of investors that tend to trade unregistered companies tend to do it with Penson based brokers due to low fees and low minimums, that's why FINRA, the DTCC, and the SEC leaned on Penson in the first place. Perhaps you've been following the conversation of the last 9 months here in this board, and that's been the issue.
