If you understood the technology RAYS pretends to have, but actually just hijacked and relabeled as their own, then you'd also understand that it is a fraud without a viable business model.

They might as well be tapping a public fire hydrant and be selling it as Himalayan Spring Water. Not a bad idea, actually!

Of course this post is my opinion. Every post by anyone is an opinion. I'm not writing a white paper on scams… in this post, anyway...
