Increasing A/S IS NOT...

the same thing as increasing the O/S.

Market Cap is based on the O/S alone. And, as of now, there is no way of knowing if the O/S will be increased.

Per the LOI, ASYIs acquisition of KOOL is based on stock trade. And, perhaps ASYI needed to increase the A/S to provide enough shares to Kool insiders.

The 5 BIL shares are valued at .001 each which equates to 5 MIL valuation, which IMO is not too abnormal for a telecom company.

Moreoever, if the O/S remains around 1BIL, our market cap at .001 PPS is only 1 MIL.

The A/S increase has to be related to this acquisition. If our A/S was 750 MIL, and the O/S was 550+ MIL, then what did you guys think Kool was going to surrender 100% shares of Kool for 200 MIL shares of ASYI at .001 each? Common sense, people.

ASYI is also not ignorant to the fact that we will become aware of the A/S increase. And, the fact that they did this on a Friday before a long weekend shows a glimmer of integrity IMO. If they were going to pull a fast one, then why not increase the A/S and O/S (which is what really matters) on a Monday to ensure they have time to dump before we all become aware of the SS changes? They could also released a bush league PR, concerning progress with the merger, simultaneous with the SS change for the purpose of increasing market sentiment, thus providing them an even greater temporary opp to dump shares? The fact is, they didn't.

Again, facts and common sense tell me ASYI is headed for copper.

And, before the naysayers reply, please reread my post and attempt to refute the points made therein instead of posting the same rhetoric we have witnessed over the past 48 hours.
