i think this is all a scam. sheneher has no problem pumping out garbage press releases, but cant file the proper 8k & 10k to get the cease trade order lifted? in a few months time this company will have gone a full year without filing and without reporting to shareholders. if investors haven't yet launched complainsts against sheneher and cpow, you should.
