Food for thought...

There is only going to be one of two outcomes that become apparent in due time.
1) We all got scammed <- My least favorite thought, since I like many other have a small fortune invested into this.
OR
2) Innovative Holdings Alliance, Inc. in partnership with Carmil Energy, performs well enough that we (as small time, early investors) manage to be in on the ground floor of an investment that will go viral upon the media (the world) becoming aware of the capabilities of this PSGS that Carmil Energy has produced.

Before I get to too much further into this post, I would like to remind the board of a few things.
1) Investing into Innovative Holdings Alliance, Inc is (as with any other stock) exactly that...AN INVESTMENT, Albeit for potential short-term profit or long-term portfolio profit/growth/diversity.
2) With every investment, there is a risk/reward potential.
3) Innovative Holdings Alliance, Inc. ( IHAI ) is a Pink Sheets - OTC stock. Therefor, the risk/reward is potentially much greater for both risk & reward.
***With every P.S. & OTC stock, there is an on going potential to be scammed (it's a known risk made when investing into this micro level of stocks)***
***Not All P.S. & OTC Stocks are required to release news/information about their 'Ongoing Achievements'***
4) IHAI stock has had plenty of opportunities for any investor to turn a profit. The profit time frame maybe longer/shorter than expected, but the opportunity is/was still present.

With that all being said...

I am sure there are endless applications that 'Could' be made more efficient with the use of the PSGS.
I am not going to go into anymore detail of my first point due to there being no need. But the second point, I feel, could use a small interjection inserted.

Many of us, myself included, have tons of questions we all would like seeing answered. Below are a few of my top questions: MY THOUGHTS on those questions are underlined.

* Will Carmil Energy be going public through Innovative Holdings Alliance, Inc or will they stay private while continuing to make money through IHAI's Waste-to-Energy plant agreement with Carmil Energy?
This could be a very interesting answer, if/when answered. Innovative Holdings Alliance will be good to be invested into due to the agreement with Carmil Energy...but if Carmil chooses to ever go public (through a different avenue than IHAI, I'd want to be an investor into that as well.
* Which & How many other companies will be joining in the partnership with Innovative Holdings Alliance, Inc.?
Unknown at this point. But 'Alliance' could mean that Michael Mills may attempt to bring all/most of his privately held companies public through the means of Innovative Holdings Alliance, Inc.
* Why Chris Winter's IHSN shell?
Maybe after meeting Chris Winter, Michael Mills saw/heard something to lead him to believe that the professional bond between the two would be a great asset for the forward looking venture Mike Mills had in mind for his technology
- If the PSGS product is real, why not pick an already clean shell, to speed the process along? (wouldn't be that hard to do from the many that are in pink sheets), right?.?.
Maybe it was not thought that the entire process to clean up IHSN would take this long. ALSO With the new SEC regulations set in place for mergers, up-lists, etc., the process of becoming a fully reporting company and up-listing to a higher trading tier has become more strict. Therefor also requiring more time to get things in order legally.
* Why have we not heard any updates from Michael Mills in the last year pertaining to Innovative Holdings Alliance, Inc?
If the PSGS is real/viable, that technology would/could be 'World Revolutionizing', IMHO. Therefor I'm sure that before going completely public, Michael Mills would want to ensure that every single aspect of every single angle is covered 100 times over. If any information is released to the public before those things are implaced, it could easily fall before it began to rise.
* Is Carmil Energy ready/able to begin mass production of it's PSGS? How long (time) will it take to produce 1 system? How many can be produced by a single facility in 1 month?
Unknown
* Have they secured the financing required to build (in mass production) the PSGS? And what is the required amount for the financing?
Unknown
* What will the share structure of Innovative Holdings Alliance, Inc. estimated to be once everything is said and done?
Unknown at this time
* What is the 1yr, 3yr & 5yr outlook for Innovative Holdings Alliance, Inc. as well as Carmil Energy?
Unpredictable

Some members on here 'know me/of me'. I'm not here to pump anything up, bash anything down. I'm only here to post facts or solid questions 'Food for Thought'. I realize there are a lot of heartaches for some of the investors on this board due to "The Silence from Michael Mills". I too am one of those investors that sort of feels a small let down so far. (But that won't stop me from looking at this as it truly is...an investment gamble)<as every investment should be looked at> Especially after watching (playing a part in) the share price of IHAI going up to 11.4c back in May '11 and also watching every single brokerage firm out there put a trading stop on it immediately. (I know because I AM the one that was responsible for the share price hitting 11.4c and then was told by E.T. that I couldn't place any more trades on IHAI stock till they figure out what is going on). When IHAI hit 11.4c, my portfolio was valued at a little over $1.1m. (BEFORE ANYONE COMMENTS on this statement: I'll add that I couldn't sell due to lack of volume)So, yea, I saw the potential for IHAI to make a serious impact on my ability to profit from this investment. But, my risk/reward tolerance is MUCH Greater than most investors. Yes, it sucks to see the SP back down to .004 (even less previously), but I still believe that IHAI can easily move back up once something starts moving again due to information hopefully being released soon!
