I am not bashing but just seeing it at face value. No matter how much money KOOL makes, it is not good to have such an enormous OS number if shares. Maybe they will only dilute with 1 billion shares or so...who knows. But once you get into that many of shares, the stock is just diluted out and a reverse split at some point would bring the stock shares to a more realistic number. They are selling shares and paying debt. It is also possible the deal falls through. I just find it shady to intentionally dilute with such a huge number of available shares. No company needs 5 billion shares. I don't think even Microsoft has that many....Unfortunatley, this one is going trip 0 imo. Anyone telling you different is just trying to drive the price up long enough to get out. Much better stocks out there than this one. However, this could still run but if that is the case, its because of pure manipulation by MMs, not value. Think about it this way, to pay off 10 mil in debt, they would have to sell 5,000,000,000 shares at .002 = $10,000,000...I think that is about the amount in debt they have.
