You have to understand that the price has not risen much since the alert price. Why do u think there would be another dip before even having any gain?
Also we just had a dip to 1.11...

The alert price was around 1.20-30 by APS

the % gain that they are going to use is from the ALERT PRICE, not the price that people are talking about before the OFFICIAL APS alert...

So, why would people even think that APS will drop the price to below $1...
