Hulk you have validated your point about the A/S...
increase. At least now you know how many shares they increased. You have been saying the increase was 500,000 when it was acutally 495,000,000. Glad the longs on the board corrected you on that. You've kinda beat that horse to death. We know your concerns and greatly appreciate you warning us. But you just might want to consider this:
It was a pretty good thing SNDY raised the A/S. Do you realize our group only needed to buy another 180 million shares and we could of taken controlling interest in the company? I mean come on if we have done bought 70 million shares, why not buy another 180 million shares and take over the controlling interest of the company, especially with what is coming in the next 6-12 months. So it was a pretty smart move on their part to raise the A/S. Not to mention it could gave them leverage in making deals with their new partnerships as they can give them resticted shares that can't be sold for a few years. Something for you to think about.
Also I'm sure by now you have seen that I have posted several key things that I let the board in on before we ever got news about it. I said a partnership was coming way back in late February, early March (got news on that May 1), announced financial report was coming early on 4/29(they did on 4/30), told everyone there was going to be an A/S increase and told you it was going to be between 750 million to 1 billion (a week before it happened), CE mark news was coming, and a few other things, they all happened just like I said. Even have said at some point in time they may sell maybe another 100 million shares to be completely debt free, build out inventory, ect.
Does it seem I might know a little bit about this company? Just saying. Do you think we would buy over $525,000 worth of this stock if we really did not know what is going on with this company? Maybe, I might know a little more about this company then you do, just maybe. You own 0 shares, we own 70 million shares. Do you think the stock price will be at .007 when they start to announce their partnerships, and by the way that is plural, or more then one partner? Do you think their sales will not increase? If you don't know the answer I will tell you this. The stock price will be much higher then .007 and their sales will have tremendous growth because of these partnerships, so I have been told. How do I know all this? Well that is were I'm going to leave you hanging. Could I know the contractor that bought the stock options back in late December, maybe, could I know who they are in talks with, maybe, do I know when they will announce the partnerships, maybe. Is it going to happen, absolutely!
And when their sales get into the millions 12 months from now, if the O/S count is at 900 million shares then it will not really matter because their P/E ratio going forward on future sales will justify a price of .25 very easily. That is a 3500% price increase from today's close. And that is a home run in anyone book. So let them dilute the crap out of it because going forward it really want make a flying flip and if they sell any shares it will be for a good cause!!
