Seems to me this is pointing to a merger....

The first issue one might encounter is that the Public Shell might not have enough authorized shares of common stock to enable it to issue 80%-85% of common shares to the shareholders of the Private Company.



85% of 5 billion shares to kooltel... that leaves 15% (750 million) authorized shares right where we thought we were early this week. Seems to be more than a coincedence.
