Yes - they've been doing that for the past few months already, however no one ever calls back. Chrissy, Britney, and Cindy all answer the phone and take messages for Nancy - who never calls back. This has been a particularly frustrating weakness of the company in its first few months of business.

I believe they have been doing some good things behind the scenes, that we will be thankful for in due time, however they have been very poor at managing investor relations and public relations alike. I'm sure this will improve in time as they are no doubt focused almost wholly on getting things off the ground at the present time - not on answering your questions and mine. Still, I consider it poor form and have advised them of this, accordingly. Unfortunately, nothing seems to get a reaction right now so we may have little choice but to wait things out.

Let us all know if you hear back from the company. I have been asked by others to do the same, only I have yet to hear back after almost two months and several calls and emails. Perhaps you'll have better success.
