Dilution is when a company uses shares from the AS and sells them. Which results in an increased OS. That didnt happen, and even if it would whats the big deal, if it is to the good and makes them being prifitable faster and more rapid gains?

The AS increase was necessary for potential merger partnership relations to have the necessary playroom financially.

As of now the company sells preferred class b stock options to private investors and with that secured operations until next year. These private investors are not stupid they know what is coming believe me!

The company tries not to dilute and hurt shareholders, they do everything possible to protect their shareholders.

This is not a flip stock this is a investment for one year or longer, and a great one.

Dilution can be positive as in the case of VKNG before teir epic run to $1 from.0089 they had increased AS and OS.

You gotta do what you gotta do, I own my own business and know what I am talking about.

The best solution is not automatically the most popular one.
