Meditation...

I don't believe in it. I "use" it to give me clues. I follow the clues and then see if they lead to a sane place.

Imagine that there is a person who knows where all the acorns are buried and another person that knows which acorns have a gold nugget inside.

You have to employ both persons to get rich or you will waste a lot of time.
