I agree that looks kinda worrisome, but and I stress this but, this filing is based on what was happening 8 months ago. Since 8 months has passed and they are still moving forward and it appears actually starting to hit their projected (kinda sorta :) )dates, I am going to continue to think this will take off.

Nothing I read was all that suprising to me. The loans to operate aren't new news they are just being documentented with the SEC now to get current.

To put is as simply as I can, granted this is all my opinion, but if the company wasn't finding what it thought it would we wouldn't be reading this old news and the last thing on their minds would be getting current.

If they come even close to the timeline Rocketman posted we will have a good summer at SNEY land!
