Assuming the 1mm shares are in the float...the mm's will have to raise the pps to a price us shareholders are inclined to sell and hold the received shares for verification of authenticity? It'd be interesting to know who all has legitimate shares and who's are fake....

What if all the legitimate shares can never be fully accounted for?
