that is crap. all those expecting PR better pack a lunch. why spend $ on it. who cares what the pps is today if you have a future oriented vision and confidence in your plans likelihood of succeeding. why distract the man overseeing operations as you suggest? the only reason would be if you want a quick pop-n-flip. i want so much more than that (((KOOL)))
