The parties signed a LOI just 5 weeks ago. The respective lawyers and accountants must conduct extensive due diligence. A multiple-page term sheet must be negotiated and agreed upon. The various SEC-related documents must be drafted, distributed and agreed to.

It is not a quick, nor inexpensive process.

I believe them to be proceeding apace.
